President
A recognized leader with over 20 years in management consulting and international operations management, he enthusiastically brings this experience to the renewable energy industry. He is now committed to and specializes in the BIPV solar market and power plant investment representing private equity. JR is a frequently sought after consultant for turn around business situations and has a keen ability to interpret financials with an aim at restructuring, reorganization and realignment as well as optimizing off shore sourcing. He brings an energetic, visionary, and motivational mindset to the organizations he serves. Prior to founding Green Coast Solar Systems and NET ZERO Energy Solutions, JR has held the positions of ownership in the Clear Water Clean Air Company LLC, Roth Retirement Residences, JRoth Consultant Group, Harbour Master Trading Company, Harbour Master Healthcare, HarbourMaster Realty, Thunderwear Inc, Sports BBQ Apparel Inc, Toilet Partitions Inc, and served for 15 Years as Vice President and International Director of the Rothtec Companies. JR holds a BS degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts.
Lee Christee

A sourcing professional with over 15 years of experience, she has worked for a variety of industries as sourcing, bidding, purchasing, and freight forwarding expert as well as working for lighting and solar consultancies that cater to the energy industry. Recently, she has been advising several clients in the acquisition of solar assets. She has also developed numerous models for clients to enhance negotiation strategies and operations. Christee holds a degree in Management and English from Shanghai University.
